Council Ready Plans
Fully documented plans, prepared for a smooth approval. Every submission is checked against your specific council’s planning scheme before it’s lodged — setbacks, site coverage, overlays, and anything else that applies to your address.
We manage referral agency coordination and submission follow-up too, so you’re not the one chasing paperwork.

3D Laser Scanning
Millimetre-accurate capture of your existing structure and site. Essential for renovation and extension projects, where the new design has to fit precisely against what’s already built.
Most residential scans are completed on-site within 1–2 hours.

Do I need all five services, or can I just book one?
Just one is fine, many clients come to us for a single service, like an energy rating or a 3D scan. Others use us end-to-end. We scope this with you upfront so you’re only paying for what your project needs.
Which service should I start with?
If you already have a clear brief, Design or Drafting is usually the right starting point. If you’re renovating or extending an existing home, 3D Laser Scanning often comes first, so the design work has accurate data to build on.
Can you manage the whole approval process for me?
Yes, Council Ready Plans covers exactly this, including submission and follow-up, so you’re not chasing paperwork yourself.
How do I know if I need a full design service or just drafting?
If you already have a clear idea of what you want, drafting alone may be enough. If you’re still working out the best approach for your site, our design service is the better starting point. Happy to advise once we see your brief.
