Do you do all of this in-house?
We prepare and coordinate the documentation in-house, and engage specialist consultants where a project calls for them. Rather than claiming expertise in every discipline, we bring in the right people and manage their work into a single approval-ready package.
It depends on the project, common ones include structural engineers, energy assessors, stormwater or hydraulic consultants, and building certifiers. We’ll identify what yours requires early and coordinate them for you.
Development Approval (DA) relates to planning matters, land use, setbacks, overlays. Building Approval covers construction standards under the Building Code. Some projects need both, and we’ll advise which applies to yours.
We manage those requests as part of our service, coordinating any consultant responses needed and replying promptly to keep your application moving rather than letting it stall.
