We visit your property with our scanning equipment and capture the existing structure and site in full 3D, typically a 1–2 hour visit, depending on the size and complexity of the property. Every wall, level, and boundary is measured once, and measured accurately.

From data to drawing.

Raw scan data is processed into a clean, accurate laser scanning model, then translated into fully dimensioned as-built drawings — the digital foundation your design and drafting team will work from, so every new element is drawn against what’s actually there.
