Early concept drawings include enough information for you and your builder to test layout options and review construction methodology before investing in full documentation. Enough detail is included to identify potential compliance issues early, while changes are still cheap and easy to make.
Phase Two
Coordinated, not siloed.
Drafting, design and consultant input too often happen in isolation, creating clashes discovered on-site. We coordinate directly with certifiers, structural engineers and energy consultants throughout, so the drawing set is internally consistent and approval-ready from day one.

Yes, this is standard practice on every project. We coordinate directly with your town planner, structural engineer, energy consultant and certifier (or refer you to trusted specialists) to keep drawings consistent, compliant and buildable.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
Two rounds of feedback and review are included as a typical scope allowance. We’ll confirm what’s included when you request a quote, and handle any additional revisions transparently if scope changes.
Can you draft for a project another designer started?
In most cases, yes. We’ll need to review the existing drawings and design intent first to confirm we can pick it up cleanly.
